Important: Yeh minimum qualification hai. Agar aapki qualification isse zyada hai (jaise 12th Pass, ITI ya Diploma), to bhi aap RRB Group D ke liye poori tarah eligible hain — minimum 10th Pass wale aur usse upar wale sabhi candidates apply kar sakte hain.
RRB Group D ka selection Computer Based Test (CBT) se shuru hota hai — single stage CBT, total 100 questions, 100 marks, duration 90 minutes (PwBD candidates ke liye 120 minutes).

Negative Marking: Har galat answer par 1/3 (0.33) marks kaate jaate hain. Unattempted (chhoda hua) question par koi negative marking nahi hoti. Sabhi questions objective-type (MCQ) hote hain.
Qualifying Marks: UR aur EWS category ke liye minimum 40%, SC/ST/PwBD category ke liye minimum 30% marks lana zaroori hai CBT clear karne ke liye. CBT ka merit normalized score ke aadhar par banta hai (agar exam multiple shifts mein hota hai).

CBT clear karne ke baad shortlisted candidates ka PET hota hai — yeh qualifying nature ka hota hai (koi marks nahi milte, sirf pass/fail). Pehle weight-carrying test hota hai, usmein fail hone par running test ka chance nahi milta.
